Description of Sponsoring opportunities and benefits:

All major donors will be prominently recognized in the historic program book, and will receive complimentary VIP reception pass and seat for concert.

Primary Event Benefactor: The benefactor would get maximum recognition.  Call 1 312 772 5821 for details.

Live Radio Broadcast: The donor supporting this endeavor will enable a live radio broadcast on WFMT Radio in Chicago, including world-wide streaming coverage. Donor will be recognized on air as well as in the historic program.

Radio syndication sponsor: The donor supporting this endeavor will enable the program to be broadcast on other stations across the nation.  Donor will be recognized on air for each broadcast as well as in the historic program.

Film Support: Emmy Award-winning Mike Cahill is making a documentary about the International Beethoven Project, to be released in 2011 in select theaters and on television, which will include footage of the historic New York concert in the film.  Donor will be prominently recognized in the film credits, as well as in the historic program.

Photographic coverage: Several photographers will cover all aspects of the evening, from the pre-performance VIP reception through the concert. Recognition of donor will appear in the future publication of the souvenir book on the International Beethoven Project, as well as in the evening’s program.

VIP Reception Salon: Donor would get recognition in a special pre-performance VIP program, as well as in the historic concert program.

VIP Reception Cocktail: Donor would get recognition in a special pre-performance VIP program, as well as in the historic concert program.

Trio’s Travel and Lodging: The Beethoven Project Trio travels from Chicago. Sponsor will be recognized for a year on the Trio’s website, as well as in the historic program.

Historic program booklet: Recognition of donor would appear on the front cover of the booklet, as well as inside the program. Please call for details.
